The Atlanta Hawks traded point guard Jeff Teague to the Indiana Pacers in a three-way deal that also included the Utah Jazz. There has been rumblings of Teague being traded and it comes on the heels of the Hawks draft party tomorrow at Philips Arena. Teague helped the Hawks reach the playoffs in each of his seven seasons in Atlanta…five seasons as a starter. In three seasons under Coach Bud’s leadership, Teague averaged 16 points and 6.5 assists per game.

The Hawks now have the No. 12 overall pick from the Utah Jazz for the first two rounds and the 21st pick overall selection. The Pacers completed the trade by sending point guard George Hill to Utah. Looks like Dennis Schroder will move into Teague’s spot. Was this a good decision for the Hawks? What will they do with free agents Al Horford and Kent Bazemore? Who will remain #TrueToAtlanta
