CFB Top Five #FansFavorite Things

In our last week of College Football before bowl season begins, FANS were able to see some good & not so good conference championship games and a top rival fall to the underdog. Check out our Top FIVE things in College Football this past weekend in case you missed it!

5) WKU tops Southern Miss

Southern Miss was not able to get to the TOP! Western Kentucky University beat USM for the Conference USA Championship. Fans do not worry the story doesn’t end there for Southern Miss. The Golden Eagles will go bowling in Dallas, Texas against Washington University in the Heart of Dallas Bowl. It would’ve been great for the Golden Eagles to win the C-USA Championship, but I think this will fuel the team to WIN this bowl game.

Well this game didn’t go as GREAT as we thought it would! Real Question: “Who didn’t have Alabama beating Florida????” Offensively, fans expected more from the Tide but were just happy that they secured their spot in the College Football Playoff. Now remember last season the Tide lost to The Ohio State University in the Sugar Bowl. This season the Tide will play against Michigan State in the Cotton Bowl at the AT&T Stadium. I wonder who will win that game?!

They  brought their own GUTS to Charlotte! Clemson winning the ACC Championship proves why they deserved their spot in the College Football Playoffs. College Football fans have been waiting on the team to fall, but they’re still rising! Clemson will now face Oklahoma in the Orange Bowl in Miami, Florida. This will be a HOT one to watch!

Yes I am a THE OHIO STATE UNIVERSITY BUCKEYES FAN, but game recognizes GAME! When Michigan State beat Michigan I knew that would be in the Top 4. When they beat my Buckeyes I knew they would be in the College Football Playoffs. It is their time. I feel as if another Big Ten Conference team can win the National Championship and WHY NOT SPARTY???? Good luck to Michigan State as they prepare for the Tide.

And the Number 1 Spot goes to…………

1) STATE not Southern

It is one thing to be a fan, but to be a part of the media that has covered this College Football program since it started at Georgia State University has been a phenomenal experience. We share the FAN experience and we give their FANS live game day coverage. Georgia State has not beaten Georgia Southern since they started playing each other in College Football until last Saturday. This WIN trumps all of their other WINS this season. They beat their rival 34-7 and earned an opportunity to play in a bowl game for the first time in their college football program’s history. They will play against San Jose State in the AutoNation Cure Bowl in Orlando, Florida.

Congratulations to the first college football program that gave Fans Favorite Fan access to watch their growth and share it with their FANS.
