If you follow me via social media then you know I am a FAN of a great workout. After my preview class at Athleta Lenox with @Sculpthouse owner Katherine Mason, I was contacted by one of her instructors to try a class today. I was in for a major shock!!!!
Let me share my fitness regime:
–I take Pure Barre classes 2-3 times a week
-I go to the gym at least 3-4 times a week for cardio
-I take a fitness bootcamp class at least twice a week
I also incorporate Yoga & Pilates whenever I can’t attend the gym more than twice a week or even bootcamp. My body has gotten bored with Pilates and Yoga is something that I just do for mediation & mental exercise at home now. I need something that will challenge me beyond my Pure Barre workout and I know I’ve found that in Sculpthouse. I won’t give up going to Pure Barre because I know that it has been a great workout to lean & tone my body. Today I learned how Sculpthouse can truly help with my body sculpting and I can’t wait to begin classes there.
