#FFFMediaDays ACC 2014

The #ACCKickoff started on July 20th (a Sunday?) and ended on July 23rd with the 2014 Preseason All-ACC team announced in Greensboro, North Carolina. Florida State’s quarterback Jameis Winston was at the center of student-athletes interviews that started the #ACCMediaDays day one. Although he was caught stealing crab legs from a grocery store this National Champion stated that his scholarship was enough for him when asked about paying the student-athletes.

When asked if it was fair for baseball players to be drafted right out of high school but the NFL requires three years Winston’s response: “I respect that we can’t leap into the NFL. At the Manning Academy, a kid asked me ‘Why college? Why don’t we go into the NFL?’ We just laughed. Before you go up there, you have to be truly ready. Baseball is a more individual based. So you can prepare yourself in different ways that you can’t really prepare yourself for football. Because everyone sees 95 [mph], you see 95 all the time now”. We all know that he is a two-sport student-athlete and I think his response was great!

Here’s a few more pictures we found online of players that spoke at #ACCKickoff and we want to know who your FAVORITE ACC team is:
