Final Four Look: Kentucky vs. Wisconsin

It’s the epic rematch from last season in North Texas. Aaron Harrison secured the Wildcat victory in their last meeting. This year, Kentucky is staring history in the face as they will go 39-0 if the Wildcats pick up the victory over the Badgers tonight. But hold the phone because this will not be a cake walk for Kentucky.

Two phenomenal player for Wisconsin stand in the way of Kentucky’s perfect season, Frank Kaminsky and Sam Dekker. After struggling in last year’s game against Kentucky, Kaminsky should be that much more aggressive on both ends of the floor but that could lead to foul trouble. Let’s be clear, if there is one team that may end Kentucky’s strike, this would be that team.

For Wisconsin, Kaminsky is go to guy on both ends but Sam Dekker need to step up to the plate and give the Badgers a push. Dekker does not necessarily need points, but offensive rebounding, going after the ball, and blocks can deliver a win just as much as putting points on the board.

Kentucky will be Kentucky. We have seen how the Wildcats demolish teams all season but this game has a lot more on the line. If Kentucky can get Wisconsin Bigs into foul trouble and get a spark off the bench, 39-0 and book their trip to the championship.

– Key for Winsconsin: Controlling the game

– Key for Kentucky: Getting Kaminsky in foul trouble

Kentucky wins by 9, 70-61
