This game was impressive as both teams fought until the finish to see who would come out victorious. Oklahoma have not won game in Lawrence, Kansas in 22 years. That didn’t change on Monday night. With Dick Vitale & Brend Musberger displaying their bromance on the screen this game had highlight reel written all over it. Oklahoma’s Buddy Heild had 46 points and his tenacity didn’t help the Sooners get the win. Kansas Perry Ellis led his team to victory and said that it was, “Just Heart”, that helped the Jayhawks beat the Sooners. Kansas beat Oklahoma 109-106 and they will meet again on February 13th in Norman, Oklahoma. Make sure you are near a tv for this rematch!
