The 2015 Celebration Bowl – Game Primer

The inaugural Air Force Reserve Celebration Bowl will kick off today at 12 noon at the Georgia Dome in Atlanta! The Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) champions North Carolina A&T University Aggies will faceoff against the Southwestern Athletic Conference (SWAC) Champion Alcorn State Braves.

ESPN’s SportsCenter will broadcast live at the Georgia Dome from 10am – noon. Jay Harris, Lisa Kerney and Cari Champion will anchor the program alongside analyst and Pro Football Hall of Fame running back Jerome Bettis.

“I am honored and thrilled to be a part of the continued support of the legacy of the HBCU and greatly appreciate the support of our executive committee,” according to John Grant, executive director of the Air Force Celebration Bowl and CEO of the 100 Black Men of Atlanta. “The fact that these leaders agreed to be on the committee proves how dedicated and passionate they are to Atlanta and the impact they believe the Air Force Reserve Celebration Bowl will have on the city.”
