The WNBA draft will be on this Friday, April 17 at 7 p.m. ET on ESPN. There will be three rounds with 12 picks in each. The draft is usually held at Nike headquarters in New York City with the orange carpet rolled out for prospective draftees. This year things will be different because of COVID-19. Commissioner Cathy Engelbert will host her first draft remotely with prospects also joining in via remote locations. So make sure you’re following your favorite WNBA team & prospects!!!
The draft will air on ESPN’s main channel Friday night and can also be streamed online.
